Terms of service
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Yatri Trade, a service run by Yatri Cloud (“we”). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your firm (“you”).
The service
Yatri Trade helps trademark agencies watch the Trade Marks Journal, manage portfolios, oppositions and deadlines, and prepare letters. It is a tool for professionals. It does not give legal advice, and you remain responsible for checking its results and for every filing and deadline.
Data from public records
Trademark data comes from public IP India sources such as the Trade Marks Journal and the oppositions register. We are not affiliated with the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks. Public records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and our reading of them can be too, so always confirm important facts on the official records.
Your account
- Keep your passwords safe and give access only to people in your firm.
- The account owner manages users, billing and settings.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload it or copy the database wholesale.
Your content
Your portfolio, cases, notes, templates and reports belong to you. We store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy policy. Other agencies cannot see them.
Trial, plans and payment
- New agencies get a free trial. When it ends, choose a plan to keep using the service.
- Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year. Prices are shown before GST, which is added to the invoice.
- There is no automatic debit. If a paid period ends without renewal, access pauses after a short grace period and your data is kept so you can continue later.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. Periods already paid are not affected.
Availability
We work to keep Yatri Trade available and accurate but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. IP India sites are sometimes slow or unavailable, which can delay updates.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deadlines or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using Yatri Trade at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On request we will export or delete your firm's data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at India have jurisdiction.
