For IP firms with several attorneys

One docket for the whole firm.

When several attorneys file for many clients, journal checks and opposition dates end up in separate sheets. Yatri Trade puts them in one workspace that everyone in the firm works from.

What changes for the firm.

Each attorney keeps their own sheet of dates, and no one sees the whole firm.

One opposition portfolio and one compliance list for the firm, with the next step on every case.

Journal checks depend on whoever has time that week.

Every journal is compared with the whole portfolio, and new conflicts reach each person’s morning email.

Letters come out in five different formats.

Your own Word templates for the recommendation letter and TM-O, filled in the same way every time.

Nobody notices when the other side lets a deadline pass.

Opponent Compliances and Competitor compliance list the other side’s dates and say when one was missed.

Everyone works from the same list.

Docketing and paralegals

Work from one compliance list sorted by what is late, with the rule for each step and hearings read from the boards each night.

Questions firms ask.

How do we bring in the whole firm’s portfolio?

Add every agent code and attorney name the firm files under in Settings, then sync. Client sheets from Excel cover the rest, and new filings under your codes are added after each journal.

How do colleagues get access?

An owner adds each colleague with a name, email and role in Settings, Team. Owners manage the firm profile, team and templates; members use everything else. Your plan sets the number of users.

Can each person choose their own emails?

Yes. Everyone decides for themselves whether to receive the morning summary.

Can we pay by bank transfer and get a GST invoice?

Yes. Pay monthly or yearly by UPI, card, net banking or bank transfer. Every payment has a GST invoice, with your firm’s GSTIN once you add it in Billing.
