What is the difference between the plans?
Only the number of users and the number of marks in your portfolio. Every plan has every feature.
How do we pay?
For one month or twelve months, by UPI, card, net banking or bank transfer. Twelve months costs the same as ten.
Is anything debited automatically?
No. You get an email seven days and one day before your trial or plan ends, and you pay again only if you choose to. Paying before the end adds the new period after the current one, so no days are lost.
Do we get a GST invoice?
Yes, for every payment. Add your GSTIN and billing state in Billing and they are printed on the invoice; your state decides whether CGST and SGST or IGST applies.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Adding another user or mark tells you so, and you can move to a larger plan straight away. Syncing from agent codes adds the newest filings first and stops at the limit.
