Refund and cancellation policy

Try before you pay

Every agency gets a free trial with all features, so you can judge Yatri Trade before paying anything.

Cancelling

Plans are paid in advance and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: simply do not renew. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
• For a yearly plan cancelled later in its first 30 days, we refund the unused months.
• If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, or to your bank account for bank transfers, within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
